Our First "Campout"

Good Friday we set out to give our kiddos their first "camping" experience. We put up the tent (from our wedding that had never been used!!!!) in the comfort of our backyard and loaded it with pillows and blankets. The kids brought out their camping chairs and prepared for, in the words of Isaac, "the bestest night ever!"

What kind of camp out would it be without roasted weenies and smores!

Who needs them toasted....just give me a mellow on a stick!!!

The "bestest night ever" came to an early close for the sweet little girl who desperately needed her own bed. As for big brother...he made it all night! A great experience we can't wait to have again!
